Q: What is Snozzcumber.com?
For children’s party professionals, Snozzcumber.com offers online services to help provide information about services to customers and manage enquiries and bookings more effectively. It also offers promotional services to increase your number of equiries. For members of the public, Snozzcumber offers an efficient way to find and book choldren’s parties.

Q: How do I sign up?
Get in touch and we will explore the right subscription level for your needs. If you decide to go ahead, we will set up your account with some of your basic business details and some of your party packages to get you started. You will then be sent a link where you can set yourself up with your own login, setup the Direct Debit for your subscription payments and get started right away.

Q: How do I get notified about new enquiries?
When a new enquiry arrives, you will be sent an email to the address specified in your account, containing the details of the enquiry and addressed from snozzcumber.com. The ‘reply to’ address will also be set to that of the customer, enabling you to use the normal ‘Reply’ function in your email client. Your customer will also receive a similar automatic email confirmation for their submission.

Q: Can the system manage multiple staff members?
Yes. The system can record your staff members, and you can assign a staff member as the host to each party.

Q: Can the system generate invoices and other paperwork?
Yes. You can set up ‘standard texts’ in the system which can be anything from full terms on conditions to a simple thank you note. With these set up, you can select a booking at any time and send yourself an email containing the details, or generate a PDF.

Q: How long does it take to set up?
The initial setup time will depend on various factors, including the complexity of the services and packages that you offer, and the extent to which you want to customise your enquiry forms. It will take at least an hour or so of your time, plus time to enter your existing bookings into the system – which can be done either all at once, or gradually over time. This initial time investment will be easily paid back with interest

Q: What techical support will I get?
You will have accessed to unlimitted technical support for the duration of your description. Generally, the vast majority of the support you will need will be during the intitial setup phase. Once your services, packages and business processes are configured, very little support will likely be needed, however it will be available at any time should you need it.

Q: What happens if the server goes down?
Snozzcumber has been developed with the most reliable of technologies, and server outages are extremely rare. For an extra peace-of-mind, Snozzcumber integrates with Google Calendar, which means you can always access your key booking data in a read-only format via Google Calendar as a backup. You can also export your booking data into PDF or spreadsheet format, as another security blanket. This also protects against issues caused by network outages on your mobile device.

Q: What happens if Snozzcumber.com stops trading?
In the highly unlikely event that Snozzcumber was to stop trading, you would again have the Google Calendar integration as well as the data export facilities to enable you to take your data away with you.

Q: What if I want to cancel?
Should you decide you want to close your Snozzcumber.com account, you can do so at any time, free-of-charge, with no notice needed.

Q: Does the system calculate prices automatically?
This is entirely up to you and how you configure your account. It’s possible to set up a complete pricing formula, with a base price for x children, then a cost per child beyond that. If you don’t have per-child pricing, you can just set a fixed price for each package, or if you prefer, you can set pricing entirely on a case-by-case basis. It’s also your choice whether you publish pricing online, or keep it private until after an enquiry has been made.

Q: How many services / packages can I set up?
There is currently no restriction on how many services and package you can set up for your business.

Q: My services of highly tailered. Will the system be able to cater for this?
Snozzcumber.com is highly configurable, meaning the vast majority of businesses will be able to setup their account to cover most or all of the packages and options they have available. We have actually found that Snozzcumber really comes into its own in highly-bespoke businesses, allowing customers to essentially build their own parties, according to the available services, packages, options and extras available.

Q: My services and packages are complex. Will the system be able to cater for this?

Q: Technology scares me. Will I be able to manage?
We have found even the most timid of computer users have generally taken to the Snozzcumber admin system very quickly. Of course, we are always here to help if you need us, and you can also ask our Snozzcumber users community via our Facebook group.

Q: What if there is a missing feature I would like adding?
We always welcome suggestions for improvements or new features. Requests are aggregated and considered in the next Snozzcumber.com release according to how our users are prioritising them.
